Return, Refund & Order Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to have the best shopping experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • Returnable Products:

o   Unopened, unused, and undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

o   If you receive an already damaged or wrong product.

 

·       Non-Returnable Products:

    • Opened or used products such as skincare, makeup, personal care, and hygiene-related products.
    • Products not in their original packaging or missing parts, items or accessories.
    • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

If you wish to receive a different product, you must return the previous item and place a new order separately.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
  • The item should be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Process for Returns

Step 1: Raise a Request

  • Contact our customer support at [your email/contact number] or submit a request through our website with your order details and reason for return by filling up the return form. Link to return form should be given here
  • Attach clear images and/or videos of the product if the return is due to damage or defect.
  • You may either choose for a complete refund or replacement with another same product of same order value, subject to inspection clearance as mentioned in Step 3.

Step 2: Approval & Pickup

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup for the product only from the original place of delivery. Please note that any other pick-up address will not be accepted.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility within 48 working hours.
  • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund and exchange Policy

  • Refunds or exchange are processed only for eligible approved returnable products.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.) within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are processed for shipping, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel an order, contact our customer support at [your email/contact number] with your order details or fill up the order cancellation form in your “My Order” section (Order cancellation form is subject to service availability).
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return as per our return policy.
  • If you refuse to accept a delivered package, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund, at the discretion of the Company.
  • If you are not available at the place of delivery on the day of delivery, our delivery person may do two more attempt to deliver the product to you, post that your order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method automatically.

Order Cancellation from our side:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasonable reasons, including pricing errors, shipping limitations, technical issues, stock availability or suspect of fraudulent activity or order from the customer or any other issues

In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your order due to above circumstances or any other unforeseeable circumstances, we will provide you with a refund if you have already made a payment or an alternative solution.

6. Important Notes

  • Multiple Returns: Frequent return requests from a single customer may lead to return restrictions or account blocking.
