These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.chengavi.com  (the "Site").  The Site is owned and operated by Chengavi Naturals Private Limited ("we," "us," "our" or “CNPL”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Plot No. 14 and 15, Jayabheri Enclave, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500032.  By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including any future updates or modifications. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

CNPL reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website at any time, including but not limited to its content, hours of availability, and the equipment required for access or use. • Prices for products are listed in Indian Currency and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains inaccurate information due to a pricing or product detail error, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the affected product, provided that the product has not yet been dispatched.
• From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or sales on certain products. These promotions are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of the promotion.
• Prices listed on our website are inclusive of all taxes. However, shipping, or handling fees shall be an additional cost and shall be added at checkout, depending on the shipping method and destination you select. 
• You are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders, which may be levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, UPI ID, netbanking and/or any authorised third-party payment gateway, which shall be listed out by us on the payment page.  You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• After submitting an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS. This does not constitute an acceptance of your order. We may contact you if there are issues with your order (such as payment failure or out-of-stock items).
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, shipping limitations, or other issues.
• In the rare event that we cannot fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a refund or an alternative solution, as per our return and refund policy.

Neither CNPL nor any third-party courier service shall be liable for failed deliveries due to the absence or non-production of required statutory documents or an incomplete or incorrect address.
• Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
• We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on factors such as shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing (if applicable).
• We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers or issues outside our control.
• After your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information (if applicable), allowing you to track the progress of your shipment. You can also log into your account on the Site to view your order status and tracking details.

·         While we encourage users to share their experiences, reviews, and feedback, we however do not pre-screen or approve all User Content before it is posted. However, we reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate all content submitted to the Site at our sole discretion.

·         We may choose to:

i)      Reject, remove, or edit any User Content that violates our guidelines or terms, including inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content.

ii)    Suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Site will be resolved through Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
